15MnV钢板属于低合金高强度结构钢，是在碳素结构钢的基础上，加入少量的合金元素发展起来的，原称普通低合金钢。15MnV钢板性能特点：① 强度高于碳素结构钢，从而可降低结构自重、节约钢材；② 具有足够的塑性、韧性及良好的焊接性能；③ 具有良好的耐蚀性和低的冷脆转变温度。15MnV钢板标准:GB/钢板适用范围:强度及淬透性15MnV高,冷变形时的塑性中等可切削性好,但焊接性较差。宜调质处理后使用。适用于转轴.螺栓.螺母.螺钉等,心轴.齿轮用于制造中型机械中的螺栓、螺母、杠杆等。淬透性略高于40钢。热处理后,强度.硬度.韧性比40钢稍高,冷变形塑性中等,可切削性好,焊接性低,具有过热敏感性和回火脆性,水淬易裂。适用于耐疲劳15MnV与20MnV的区别：两种材料都属于优质碳素结构钢,主要区别是含碳量不同,其他成分都是样的。含碳量的不同跟材料性能有直接关系。15Mnⅴ冷变形时的塑性中等可切削性好,但焊接性较差。宜调质处理后使用。适用于转轴.螺栓螺母.螺钉轴齿也用于制造中型机械中的螺栓、螺母、杠杆等。20Mnⅴ碳素结构钢可在正火状:下使用,也可在淬火和回火状态下使用。切削加工性能好,冷变形时的塑性中等焊接性能不良。用于制造承受疲劳负荷的零件,如轴辊及高应力下工作的螺钉、螺帽理后,焊接性低,具有过热敏感性和回火脆性易裂。适用于耐疲劳件曲轴辊子轴.连杆。
